Patanjali's Yoga Sutras

If you are interested in learning about the core of who you are, and how that core affects your everyday relationships, perception, and actions then the principles and practices described in the Yoga Sutras can help. The Text provides a theoretical structure of human consciousness, with directions on how to navigate our way through life's ups and downs. In this ongoing discussion group, we use the text The Path of the Yoga Sutras: a practical guide to the core of yoga by Nicolai Bachman. The book conveniently provides a format for a year long study: 52 short but dense chapters. We will take just one chapter a week in order to gain a deep understanding of the philosophical concepts of yoga as well as a practical application of the lessons. I hope you will join us!
