Yoga Flow for beginning and intermediate students.   The class begins with yogic breathing and meditation. The student is then led through an asana flow which includes standing, balancing, sitting, spinal twists, supine, and prone poses. The class ends with deep therapeutic relaxation. Students who which to increase both strength and flexibility, and who are able to move fairly easily from one pose to another are encouraged to participate in this class. This class is not appropriate for students with chronic or acute injuries, heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, serious health conditions, or are pregnant.
