Yoga Flow This class incorporates asana from Foundations of Yoga Practice and the intermediate series with a greater focus on harmonizing the natural breath with the movement. The class begins with yogic breathing and meditation. The student is then led through an asana flow. The class ends with deep therapeutic relaxation. Students who which to increase both strength and flexibility, and who are able to move fairly easily from one pose to another are encouraged to participate in this class. This class is not appropriate for students with chronic or acute pain or other heatlh conditions.
